Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.

What we accept

• Unopened, unused items in the original sealed packaging.
• Items that arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

What we can't accept

• Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Gift cards.

How to return

1. Email sales@ariaperfume.com with your order number and the item you're returning.
2. We'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Ship the item to: Aria Perfume, 511 E John Carpenter Freeway, Suite 500, Irving, TX 75062

Returns sent without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Return shipping

You cover return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or wrong. In that case we send you a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
